Returns Process & Information

We want you to be satisfied with your Real Mushrooms purchase. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process.

US Orders

Unopened, unused products within 30 days of the order’s shipping date are eligible for a prepaid return label.

If it has been 30 days or less, please contact us for a prepaid return label.

If it has been 31–60 days, you will be responsible for shipping, handling, and other additional charges. Real Mushrooms will not reimburse these costs.

Return Steps (31–60 Days)

  1. Repackage your items with the original packing slip. If you do not have the original, please contact us.
  2. Mail your return to:

  3. Contact us with your tracking information.
  4. Once verified, we will refund the returned items and notify you by email.

Please allow 2–4 business days for processing once received. Delays may occur on weekends or holidays.

Canada Orders

Unopened, unused products within 30 days are eligible for a full refund.

  1. Repackage your items along with the original packing slip.
  2. Mail your return to:

  3. Contact us once your package has shipped.

We’ll issue a refund and notify you via email. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns After 60 Days

Returns made after 60 days are not eligible for refunds. This policy protects product quality and freshness.

If more than 30 days have passed and you haven’t contacted us, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

Opened/Used Items

We only accept returns of unopened items within 60 days of the shipping date. Opened products cannot be returned. No exceptions.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away.

Include a description of the issue, photos if possible, and the Lot number (located on the bottom of bottles or back of pouches).

If verified, we will issue a refund or replacement at no cost. Physical returns are not required for damaged items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you confirmation of receipt and whether your refund is approved.

If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 2–3 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your bank or card provider (processing delays can occur, especially around weekends or holidays).
  • If still unresolved, contact our support team.

Refunds usually appear within 3–5 business days, but it can take up to 7–10 days depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an unopened product, here’s how it works:

  • More expensive replacement: We'll invoice you the price difference.
  • Less expensive replacement: We'll refund you the price difference.

If it's been 30 days or less since your item shipped, please contact us for a prepaid return label and let us know what item you'd like instead.

Once your return is received, we’ll ship your replacement and confirm via email.

If it’s been 31–60 days, you’ll be responsible for return shipping and other related charges.

Amazon & iHerb Orders

Orders placed through Amazon or iHerb are not eligible for our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee or our return process.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact Amazon support directly. They may offer a refund or replacement.

Amazon USA Support | Amazon Canada Support

Note: Amazon does not accept unopened supplement returns due to health and safety reasons.

iHerb Orders

If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact iHerb support directly. They may issue a refund or replacement.

iHerb Customer Support

iHerb accepts returns of unopened supplements within 30 days.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We’re confident in the quality of our products. If you're not happy, let us know within 30 days of shipping and we’ll refund or exchange your item.

This guarantee is available only for purchases made directly through realmushrooms.com.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of abuse or fraud. Exceptions will be considered individually.
