Where do you ship from?
All of our shipments originate from Sparks, NV, USA. Though we are a Canadian company, this is the location of our fulfillment centre so all shipments originate from there.
Note: If you reside outside of Canada, in very rare instances your bank and/or credit card may charge you an international processing fee. This is outside of our control and depends on the account and agreement you have with your bank and credit card. For the vast majority of customers, this is not an issue.
What shipping carrier do you use?
Most orders are shipped with DHL, with final delivery typically completed by USPS. However, this may vary depending on your location and the specific details of your order.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to all 50 states and US territories is only $3.99 USD. Get FREE shipping for all orders over $75.

Canada Orders
Where do you ship from?
All of our orders are shipped from within Canada. Your order will be shipped from the warehouse closest to your delivery address.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We currently ship to all Canadian provinces directly from our website. To ensure the fastest delivery, we work with a variety of fulfillment partners, so your order may ship via Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or another carrier. While we do our best to choose the most efficient option, we’re unable to guarantee a specific carrier.
How much does shipping cost?

Do you provide tracking?
Yes, all shipping options include tracking, which will be emailed to you when your order ships. If you can’t find your tracking number or need help, feel free to reach out to us.
You do not ship to my country. What can I do?
Currently we only offer shipping to Canada and the US via our website. Most of our products are available on iHerb, which offers excellent international shipping.
If you still want to order from our website and are outside the USA, you are welcome to use a freight forwarder service like ShipItTo. This provides you with a US address that can then forward the package to your final destination.
Will I have to pay any import duties or taxes?
If you live outside the US, there is potential that your order may be assessed for duties and/or taxes. This is entirely dependent on your country's import regulations. Typically, the higher the order value, the more likely it will be assessed for duties and/or taxes.
