- 4 ½ Tbsp refined coconut oil

- 1 tsp 5 Defenders Mushroom Complex
- ½ good quality dark chocolate bar such as Real Mushrooms' organic chocolate with 5 Defenders.
Directions
- Cream all ingredients together by hand or mixer to form a smooth almond butter mixture.
- Spread the almond butter layer evenly in a parchment-lined 8x8 baking pan.
- Melt the chocolate and mix with cocoa powder to enhance flavor.
- Pour the melted mix over the first layer to create a rich chocolate layer.
- Sprinkle crumbles of chocolate, chocolate chips, or even chopped nuts over the top to add texture.
- Freeze for 3 hours until firm.
- Lift ends of parchment paper, cut into squares, and enjoy delicious fudge bites!
